Our Workflow
Ordering
You can place an order with us either via Instagram (@lyobbservices) or WhatsApp (+65 8802 1996). Once payment confirmed, we will send you a Google form to fill up. Please inform our friendly staff that the submission form is done and we will arrange the collection with you.
Collection
On the day itself, our dedicated courier will prepare the ice box and ice pack for collection at your doorstep. Thus, all you need to do is to pack the frozen breastmilk in resealable bag(s). Please help us ensure that your breastmilk are frozen flat for easier processing.
Processing
Our professional lab personnel will perform a QC check upon arrival at our ISO certified research facility. Each bag is weighed, labelled and recorded with a unique number together with any notes written on the bag at all time. Each batch is freeze—dried using BioA trademark process. After freeze dried, the powder is directly transferred into a high moisture barrier mylar bag (LyoBB bag) individually with a customized label. Each processing schedule is for one mummy only.
Delivery
The package will be sent back to you via a third party logistic and we will share the tracking number with you via WhatsApp.
