LyoBB Packaging
LyoBB pack is a specialized high moisture barrier mylar bag. LyoBB is offering a variety of packaging (1 to 1 and Standardized packaging).
Mummies can now choose the packaging according to the needs.
Sterile Environment
LyoBB carries out all the processes in certified ISO6 clean booth with fully gowned.
Our SOP ensures that no contamination will be introduced during the process. “One mum at one time” SOP also ensures that your milk will not be in contact with others.
Trained Lab Assistant
All lab assistants are well-trained and handling your breastmilk in clean booth.
All of our lab assistants are with science background and full of lab experience. They are trained to work in a sterile environment.
Tracking System
As compliance to ISO standard, every LyoBB packs are unique and having a specialized code for traceability purposes.
Quality Control Testing
As water activity is the main cause of microbial growth, we will use the water activity (a.k.a dryness) as final QC to ensure that the water is removed efficiently.
Temperature Control
Upon waiting for your turn, your breastmilk is being stored in professional freezers under 24/7 monitoring. This is to ensure that your breastmilk is kept in the desired temperature at all times.
