ISO Certified Laboratory
All the breastmilk are processed at ISO certified clean booth. A certification is done by qualified personnel in a yearly basis to maintain the validity. At LyoBB, we have two ISO 6 clean booths and one of them has 15 HEPA filters equipped.

Professional Freeze Dryers
At LyoBB, we have various freeze dryers to cater to different volume. Hence, there is no constraint to the volume that LyoBB can accept. To avoid any potential cross contamination, LyoBB is strictly following “one machine for one mummy at one time” protocol. This protocol is strictly applied to every mummies, regardless of the volume. After each run/cycle, the freeze dryers are being sanitized before the next run/cycle.

LyoBB is using lab grade freeze dryers for your breastmilk! All the lab grade freeze dryers come with Installation Qualification, Operation Qualification and Performance Qualification (IQOQPQ).
Professional Storage Facility
At LyoBB, we are using lab grade freezers to store your breastmilk upon waiting for processing. The temperature of freezers can be as low as -30C. The preventive maintenance (PM) is carried out by the qualified personnel in a yearly basis to maintain its validity. In addition, the temperature of freezer is monitored by temperature and alarm system on a 24/7 basis.

The temperature mapping, open door test and power failure test are carried out by an ISO certified calibration laboratory for LyoBB’s freezers. This is to ensure that all the trays can be maintained in the desired temperature.
Sterile Handling
At LyoBB, we are using autoclave machine and lab grade laminar flow hood to decontaminate and sterilize all the equipment and tools before and after use.

Most of the tools are disposable and only for one time use. LyoBB will carry out the sterilization process for those which are disposable before use.
Controlled Environment
All the processes started from handling of breastmilk to packaging of freeze-dried breastmilk powder are carried out in a humidity controlled-environment that is sterile and clean.
